Disclaimer:
I, Chris Morring, am not responsible for bad weather, my camera going nuts on me, the photo lab botching the roll of film, models who flake at the last minute, having to hike to a great location, my mouth saying stuff that could make a sailor blush, runs in stockings/pantyhose, bad hair days, stalkers with even bigger lenses than mine, gawkers, and just about anything else that could go wrong or fall under Murphy's Law.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations and rescheduling of any headshots or portfolio work is ok at any time up to 2 hours before sitting. Any other projects, client may cancel up to 48 hours in advance and suffer no penalty other than the non-refundable retainer paid upon booking. If said project is cancelled in under 48 hours, client must pay a non-refundable cancellation/rescheduling fee, equal in amount to the retainer in addition to any other costs/penalties incurred by the photographer. If rescheduled, the remaining portion of final bill is not effected by penalty costs.

Miscellaneous:
Any photographic work involving a quote, client agrees to pay for film, processing, any out of the ordinary lab fees, prints, scanning, any assistants/models needed, food and lodging(if applicable), travel expenses, etc. Contact for more information.
